The National Development & Reform Committee has officially granted an approval to the Group to establish a new oil, gas and liquid petrochemical Terminal with a total docking and storage capacity at least 3 times more than XHIT in Pearl River area

It is anticipated that new jetty facilities will become operational in 1H 2007, construction of tank farm will be completed in 3Q 2007
