Messrs Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu have resigned as auditors of the Company and its subsidiaries with effect from 14 February 2006 and Messrs KPMG have been appointed as auditors of the Company and its subsidiaries with immediate effect to fill the casual vacancy following the resignation of Messrs Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu on 14 February 2006 and shall hold office until the conclusion of the next annual general meeting.
